University of Warsaw is looking for a young academic (up to 7 years after PhD) with experience and interest in animal studies for a post-doc position in a grant financed by the National Science Center of Poland, to be carried  out at the Department of North American Cultures and Languages, Institute of English Studies at the University of Warsaw. The title of the grant is  “Figurations of interspecies harmony in literature, film and other cultural texts of the English-speaking sphere, from the mid-19th to the 21st centuries.”
This is a research-only fixed-term position with no possibility of renewal.
