LARCA-UMR8225, the research lab in literature, history, and arts in the English-speaking world, at Université de Paris is happy to invite post-doctoral to experienced researchers to apply for a two-day training program in Paris (June 25-26, 2020) to prepare for a Marie Sklodowska Curie Individual Fellowship (MSCA-IF) with members of the hosting labs. The third issue of JAm It! (Journal of American Studies in Italy) will explore the relations between environmental transformations and migrations in the North American context from a multi-disciplinary perspective. While scholarship in American Studies has produced relevant contributions analyzing the historical and present contingencies of both endogenous and exogenous migratory flows, the complex relations between migrations and ecological change require further inquiry within the field.
