Leonardo Nolé is a doctoral candidate in Comparative Literature at The Graduate Center – CUNY, USA. His research focuses on contemporary American literature, ecocriticism, and narratives of collectivities. His most recent publications include: “William Faulkner’s Go Down, Moses: A Chronicle of Im/Mobilities” (JAAAS, 2021); “Understanding the Fabric of the Natural World. The Role of the Collective Protagonist in A. Proulx’s Barkskins” (Jam It!, 2020); “Romanzi di racconti. La letteratura americana e la costruzione di comunità: il caso di In Our Time di E.
